Step-Opening Enterprise Co., Ltd, founded in October, 1989, is a professional manufacturer specializing in R&D, producing thermal curing and UV coatings used in vacuum evaporation and adhesives used for film laminating.
      In the same year, Alliance Chemical Industry Company was also founded and started marketing our products to overseas and laid a huge international market. In May, 1992, New Alliance Ltd was found in Hong Kong where its branch office is currently located.
